You must arrive on the property by 3:45 PM. The registration desk closes at 3:50 PM, and scoresheets are printed at 4:00 PM to ensure a prompt start to the event.

PARKING FOR HAWK RANCH IS FREE IN THE LOTS DESCRIBED BELOW:
Single Vehicles: Parking is available within the block walls, near the main arena.
Trailer Parking: 14th St. - on the East side of the road, just North of Hawk Ranch is a vacant lot for Trailer Parking.
Overflow Parking: 12th St. - on the East side of the road, adjacent to Hawk Ranch is a vacant lot for overflow trailer parking.

Each kiddo will ride at least twice in the team sorting event.
Pick 1 = Your kiddos can choose a partner for one of their runs.
Draw 1 = The event team randomly draws a team member for your kiddo to run with.
If you don't know anyone, then we'll match you up for both runs!
If there are an odd number of kids signed up, some kids will run a third time to fill in. The first two runs will count toward the points, the third run will not count toward the points.
Stay tuned! If we have enough interest, Hawk Ranch will put on a May - June Series.
The proposed theme is "Trail/Ranch Versatility". We will slow it down to keep cool :)
